CAERUS / Start here

Start with the problem.

The first step is not a brief. It is a clear description of the business situation. The intake below uses the same five questions CAERUS uses internally to assess every new project. It takes approximately five minutes to complete.

Intake / Decision System

Send enough context to make the next step clear.

The first response should classify the request as Ready, Discovery needed or At risk before any scoping promise is made.

Some required context is missing. Complete the marked fields before sending.
The request could not be sent. Try again or use the email fallback.

Describe the business situation. What is unclear, broken or missing? What is the impact of not resolving it?

Who experiences the current problem? Customers, internal teams, stakeholders? What do they need from the outcome?

Budget range, timeline, existing systems, team capacity, regulatory requirements or any constraint that is real and fixed.

Previous attempts, existing tools or vendors, internal approaches. What worked, what did not and why?

The name and role of the person who will make decisions and is accountable for the outcome.

Company context, success criteria, links or anything that would help CAERUS understand the situation faster.
